Every step of our pizza making process is inspired by our Italian heritage and our passion for fresh and delicious food. Born and raised in Naples, Nonna taught us the authentic art of making pizza, and to this day, she's still involved in our pizza making process. Our tomatoes and double-zero flour are sourced directly from Italy and have a distinct, regional taste of the old country. Our meats and vegetables are sourced locally from the Ottawa region - or from our very own garden. The result... Neapolitan-style pizza perfection!

In the summer months we are located in Manotick, but that's not the only place you'll find us. Spring, Summer & Fall our wood-fired pizza truck can travel to any location, for any event. Corporate parties, staff luncheons, family gatherings, birthdays, retirements, and wedding celebrations - if you can dream it up, we'll bring the pizza! With over 20 unique pizzas (including gluten-free and vegan options) cooked at 950 degrees in 90 seconds, we're sure to satisfy both the cravings and the demand.
